Undefined offset notice when generating scaffolding

When clicking Generate Scaffolding as part of the mini-tutorial contained in the bundled README.textile file, the following error occurs.
Undefined offset: 0 Location: Line 18 of /var/www/recess/recess/lib/recess/database/orm/annotations/TableAnnotation.class.php
The URL on which it occurs is this. http://127.0.0.1/recess/recess/a...
Diagnostic file is attached.

Sorry, attached the wrong diagnostic file. Attached the correct one.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Fixed with a bounds check in commit 1372039f113a08d4d3d3e1802614bc18d2c029b6
When Table annotation incorrectly specified an exception is thrown.
