Out-of-Zip Install Experience

After the feature freeze of 0.1 some serious quality time needs to be spent with installing from scratch in a number of different environments (windows/mac/*nix) as well as with Apache/Lighttpd. This all needs to be documented and should translate into a smooth installation experience which helps to walk through initial configuration and guides toward next steps.

Added README.textile for a baseline install/mini-tutorial. Followed along a few times and seems pretty solid.
