Cascading Table Descriptor

When a Model specifies column mapping details it should massage the PdoDataSource's table descriptor. This massage should check to ensure that all of the columns a model expects are actually on the table, as well that the types map properly. Exceptions should be thrown in the event that there is incongruity between the model and the table.
