Class name incorrectly outputted in Relationship Foreach

The class name is being outputted incorrectly in the realtionship foreach loop in the Recess! Tools, inside classInfo.php. It's missing the modelsPrefix for the application, so when you try to click on the foreignClass link it renders a NotFoundResponse().
I've sought high and low, and have been sitting at my desk for 2 hours trying to find a solution without rewriting half of Recess, and I can't do it.

Problem resolved in commit 8a95b6d using Library::getFullyQualifiedClassName
